Camera Operator (Framing / Lighting)

Handles stream filming, camera switching and lighting setup. Uses professional framing and light to raise picture quality and deliver visuals in step with the dance and programme pace.

• Education in photo, video or a related field; 1+ year shooting streams or short video a plus
• Confident with cameras, switchers and related gear; knows wide, medium and close framing
• Can set and adjust lighting and understands stream picture requirements
• Focused and quick, switching cameras live based on streamer performance
• Responsible, available for flexible hours and attending streams

• Before streams, check gear, mount cameras, calibrate framing and set lighting
• Cut between cameras live to the programme's pace, featuring the strongest streamers
• Work with the choreographer on camera movement for dance shoots, keeping it smooth and rhythmic
• After streams, shut down gear, submit a fault report and log equipment and picture issues
• Join short-video shoots, covering framing, camera movement and lighting
